Professional presentation
Product styling, photography, image editing and a consistent premium presentation across the ZABANA shop.
ZABANA brings selected doll fashion artists together in one curated destination — online and in our physical showroom. We take care of presentation, photography, sales, packaging, shipping and customer service.
Independent artists often have to create, photograph, post, answer messages, collect payments, pack, ship and manage returns — while still trying to be found among thousands of listings.
ZABANA does not replace your existing channels. We add a curated, service-led sales channel around your work.
We create one consistent customer experience while keeping the artist visible behind every work.
Product styling, photography, image editing and a consistent premium presentation across the ZABANA shop.
Your profile, story and links remain connected to your work. Every product can lead customers back to your artist page.
Selected works can be displayed in the ZABANA space with artist identification and curated presentation elements.
ZABANA prepares the order in a consistent premium packaging system and includes the artist’s certificate where provided.
We organize checkout, customer communication, shipping preparation, returns handling and sales documentation.
Keep Instagram, Etsy, your own shop, shows and other channels. ZABANA is an additional curated route to customers.
ZABANA is first tested with diNatalie products before external artists are invited. The same system is then used for participating artists.
A personal, step-by-step onboarding — without a complicated seller backend.
Send us a short introduction, links and examples of your work.
We discuss your work, expectations, price range and suitable first pieces.
Together we decide which works you would like to test with ZABANA.
You send the selected pieces to us. Incoming shipping is normally paid by the artist.
Condition check, photography, product page, profile, display and sales setup.
Your public artist profile is published only after your approval.
ZABANA presents, sells, packages, ships and looks after the customer.
Eligible completed sales are settled in the monthly artist payout.
You tell us the amount you would like to receive for a work. ZABANA calculates a suggested retail price using the agreed pricing formula and service share.
The final formula is agreed transparently before the product is listed.
The allowed sales range is discussed before listing. ZABANA only moves within that agreed framework unless you grant a separate individual approval.
ZABANA may photograph, edit and promote the submitted work for the purpose of presentation and sales. We do not present the creative work as a ZABANA design.
Profile information is supplied voluntarily and the public profile is released only after artist approval.
There is no general exclusivity. You can continue to sell through Instagram, Etsy, your own website, doll shows and other channels.
Only a specific one-of-a-kind piece physically stored at ZABANA must remain available for ZABANA while it is listed with us.
Incoming pieces are recorded with condition information and a defined selling price. Our intended insurance value is based on the agreed retail price.
Claims, returns and damage cases are reviewed individually. We do not use a one-size-fits-all automatic artist chargeback.
The full legal agreement remains separate. These answers explain the business model in plain language.
We can work with both professional/commercial artists and private hobby artists. The correct status is recorded during onboarding so invoices, payouts and legal information can be handled appropriately.
No. ZABANA does not require general exclusivity. We want to add an additional curated channel, not restrict your existing business.
Normally the artist pays the initial shipment to ZABANA. Individual arrangements are possible. After arrival, ZABANA prepares the presentation and sales setup within the agreed model.
You can request the return of unsold work. Return shipping is normally paid by the artist unless a different arrangement has been agreed.
The allowed discount range is agreed in advance. Our standard concept starts with no discount for six months and then allows gradual reductions up to 20%. Anything beyond that requires individual artist approval.
Completed eligible sales are settled once per month after the relevant customer withdrawal period has expired and the transaction is considered complete.
ZABANA first reviews the actual situation and discusses product-related issues with the artist where necessary. Transport damage, customer misuse and a product defect are not treated as the same case.
Yes, within the agreed ZABANA sales and marketing purpose. We may photograph, edit, crop and adapt imagery for presentation. The work remains clearly attributed to the artist and is not presented as a ZABANA-created design.
Yes. You can provide as much or as little profile information as you wish. We show you the profile before it becomes public, and each relevant product can link back to it.
Before any work is sent, participating artists receive the relevant terms and pricing information.
I use the ZABANA system first with my own diNatalie work — from product presentation to packaging, sale and customer experience. Only after the process works in practice do I invite other artists to join.
That means you can see the shop, the presentation and the process before you decide whether ZABANA is right for you.
This is only a first introduction — not a contract and not a long seller registration.
